To maintain a private and luxurious environment we have a few policies to ensure our guests have the perfect stay in our hotel.

Please review that these policies coordinate with the style vacation you are expecting to enjoy.

Our hotel atmosphere is accommodating to adults 18+ and offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of the other beach communities. Thank you for your interest, we look forward to serving your needs for a quiet, relaxed, and comfortable hotel accommodation.

• All registered guests must be 18 years of age or older.
• Rates are subject to change, 4% service charge, and an 8% tourism tax.
• Rates based on double occupancy.
• We are a non-smoking facility inside and out.
• Check-in 3:00 - 7:00 pm, Check-out 11:00 am
• Rates based on double occupancy. Maximum 2 guests per room.
• Memorial Day and Labor Day - 2 night minimum Friday/Saturday, Saturday/Sunday, or Sunday/Monday. Weekend rates apply.
• Advance deposit by credit card required on all reservations.
• One week cancellation notice required for refund, less a $30 cancellation fee.
• In accordance with the state law, The Delaware Clean Air Act, Hotel Blue is NON - SMOKING property INSIDE AND OUT.
• Smoking in any of our rooms will result in a $500.00 cleaning fee. This fee will NOT be waived.
